I am an experienced Music Teacher, Choir and Orchestra Director, and Instrumental Instructor with more than 26 years of international teaching experience. Throughout my career, I have worked with a variety of educational systems, including the Russian National (Y1-11), the US (G1-12), the UK(KS2-5) curriculum, Cambridge Assessment (IGCSE), and, most extensively, the IB framework. Over the past several years, I have taught IB Music across PYP, MYP, and DP levels in international schools in China. My expertise includes music performance, music theory and history, choir and orchestra leadership, and student-centered music education. I have extensive experience organizing and directing school concerts, musical theatre productions, choir competitions, and large-scale school events that engage students and the wider school community. I am passionate about inspiring young musicians, fostering creativity, and helping students develop confidence through music in an inclusive and multicultural learning environment.
