I’m a results-driven quality professional with over 10 years of experience in the textile industry. I have gained experience across various areas, from R&D to process optimization and team management. During my tenure as a Quality Manager for the Lacoste brand, whose operations in Türkiye and CIS countries are managed by Eren Holding, I led the digitalization of quality processes by establishing innovative systems together with my team and achieved sustainable improvements in quality performance indicators. I believe that quality is not only about meeting standards, but also about creating value and delivering sustainable impact.
