1. Communicate with customer on quality aspect of assigned project. Establish a robust DVTP with clear definition of On-going Reliability Testing (ORT) including a higher level of application-based reliability (ABR) testing to maintain long-term product quality. Develop a good understanding of competitor performance and consumer acceptance to predictic rating for new products. ； 2. Being the facilitator of DFMEA/FPMEA with cross-functional team for general and Electronics part of Producs. ; 3. Drive the CTQ flowdown, User validation test and other specific applications to each project with more focus on Electronics.； 4. Use advanced statistical tools to identify weaknesses. Work and follow up closely with NPI team to strive for success of assigned projects. Deliver all tasks defined in NPI checklist.； 5. Draft Test methods, prepare test fixtures, Select/ Establish Test Equipment, manpower and all other resources to make the design is adequately verified per the DVTP. ; 6. Deliver a robust process and product control plan for Production Control. ; 7. Verify capability of Component Quality from suppliers, and work with SQE to develop supplier quality process, and capability where necessary with higher focus on Electronics components.

1.Bachelor's degree or above, with Mechatronics background; 2. At least 8 years+ of related advance/design quality work experience; Be familiar with NPI and manufacturing process for electronics products, components and related Testing, Power toothbrush, Electronic Mop, PCBA, …etc. are preferable. Project Management experience/ exposure is an added advantage.; 3.Familiarity with Reliability prediction, allocation, verification, improvement and DOE planning, execution, and improvement; 4.Know well about Process capability studies，Hypothesis testing and Measurement system analysis (Bias, Stability, Linearity, GR&R); 5. Good at read & write, general at spoken English; 6.Good at Windows, MS office & Minitab, etc; 7.Good Communication and Problem-solving skill.
