工作职责
Basic understanding of the structural principles of transmissions such as CVT, MT, and reducers.
Docking with OEM customers: issue response, collation and output of improvement analysis reports, etc.
Organizing internal and external after-sales problem modification and improvement, promoting closed-loop management of issues; analyzing and appealing for issues affecting after-sales indicators.
Strong customer awareness and execution ability.
Good communication, coordination, and pressure-resistant abilities.
