Assist in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our mobile application. Monitor app performance and user feedback, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends. Support the development and execution of user acquisition and retention strategies. Create and update documentation, including user guides and FAQs. Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues as needed.
