1. BOI application processing: Responsible for the company's BOI preferential qualification application, organizing investment plans, equipment lists, and other materials in both Chinese and English versions, and following up on the entire approval process of the Thai Investment Promotion Commission; 2. Compliance maintenance: Monitor the compliance of the use of BOI rights and interests (such as export ratios, compliance with hiring local employees), and prepare annual audit reports (BOI Form 5-06); 3. Implementation of preferential policies: Coordinate with customs/tax departments to implement policies such as BOI enterprise income tax reduction and exemption of equipment import tariffs, and handle abnormal customs clearance documents; 4. Collaboration support between China and Thailand: Assist the Chinese team in preparing investment documents (such as notarized and translated shareholder authorization letters), coordinate with the management of China and Thailand to participate in BOI hearings; 5. Policy research: Regularly push changes in Thailand's BOI policies (such as the 2024 list of key supported industries) to headquarters and develop response plans.

1. Bachelor's degree in International Trade/Law/Thai Language, with a preference for holding the Thailand BOI Consultant Certificate; 2. More than 2 years of practical experience in manufacturing enterprise BOI, fully involved in the full cycle management of at least 1 BOI project from application to the end of tax exemption period; 3. Proficient in filling out BOI application forms (Form 1-03) and the process of hearing and defense; 4. Familiar with the matching rules between Thai Customs Code (HS Code) and BOI equipment duty-free list; 4. Thai native language+fluent in English (able to write BOI English appeal documents), basic Chinese communication skills (able to interpret equipment technical parameters provided by the Chinese side); 5. Can adapt to emergency cross-border dispatch（ Submit BOI supplementary materials within 24 hours.
