工作职责
1、Conduct reception registration and guest service in accordance with rules and regulations. 2、Guest service: Greet customers with a smile, take the initiative to offer assistance, and provide help. 3、Answer basic business inquiries. 4、Provide guidance and assistance with tax refund procedures and other related inquiries. 5、Handle emergency situations and unexpected incidents.
职位要求
1、Proficiency in Mandarin (listening and speaking); prior experience in tourism or customer service is preferred. 2、Meticulous, diligent, and pragmatic work attitude with problem-solving awareness and proactive thinking. 3、Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a high sense of responsibility. 4、Efficient and proactive approach to tasks with no tendency to delay.
