工作职责
Take full charge of planning and executing internal and external projects, including but not limited to establishing and operating new overseas offices. Monitor and manage overall cost control, formulate and implement cost optimization strategies. Design, introduce, and continuously optimize internal work processes to enhance overall operational efficiency. Focus on key internal information and cross-departmental communication to support strategic decision-making and business improvement. Handle company-related contracts to ensure all agreements comply with legal requirements.
职位要求
Bachelor’s degree or above, with extensive experience in project management, cost control, or related fields. Cross-border project management experience; familiarity with business expansion and market cooperation strategies in different countries. Excellent cost management and process optimization skills; ability to identify and implement efficient business improvement plans. Strong legal and contract management knowledge; capable of handling complex legal affairs and contract reviews. Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-departmental and international teams. Work experience in foreign-funded enterprises; preference for those with experience in setting up or managing overseas offices. Fluent in English (oral and written); cross-cultural communication skills. Proficiency in German is preferred.
