工作职责
Conduct fluent oral and written business communication with management and external stakeholders; receive and assist overseas visitors. Draft, proofread, and manage English business documents, including emails, meeting minutes, and official correspondence. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and business trips for senior management; prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Collect overseas industry information, compile reports, and provide general administrative support. Complete other temporary or ad hoc tasks as assigned.
职位要求
Bachelor’s degree or above; 1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred. Proficient in business English, with strong written and verbal communication and accurate translation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software. Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality awareness, attention to detail, and execution ability. Good cross-cultural communication skills and professional demeanor. Able to adapt to occasional flexible working arrangements; basic business reception skills and professional image preferred.
