工作职责
Responsibilities: 1. Provide support during implementation of new projects and system updates and maintenance 2. Provide recommendations for any hardware related 3. Coordinates with quality assurance team for any function enhancements and issue updates 4. Able to follow standard procedure and policies of technical support team 5. Maintains Up to Date product knowledge based on the latest product development 6. Provide support either during office hours or non-office hours (On Call Support) 7. Support multiple clients via telephone, remote connection, email and on site 8.Responsible in checking all needed update for client and quality development. 9, Keep tracks on all unresolved issues assigned and resolved mid/high level issues and escalates issues in a timely manner. 10. Conduct Maintenance Contract Agreement Onsite Service 11. Does all functions that maybe assigned by the immediate superior
