- 3 years of BA exp, bachelor and above - Experience working in China in the financial sector, preferably payments industry - Expertise in gathering / managing business requirements - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (partners, vendors, business, technology) and manage their expectations - Experience working with local IT vendors (e.g. ERP providers) will be an added advantage - Previous experience with CUP (China UnionPay) will be an added advantage - Understanding of Local regulations in China for payments network will be an added advantage

Ability to manage business communications (speak / write) in Putonghua (Mandarin, not Cantonese) & communicate effectively in English
