工作职责
Responsibilities: 1. build and maintain positive relationships with agency partners such as TikTok, brand clients and creators. 2. coordinate and lead external meetings. 3. develop comprehensive marketing plans and timelines to achieve seasonal and annual departmental sales and revenue goals. 4. create and maintain processes and planning spreadsheets to track and manage marketing programs. 5. leverage existing resources to optimize and expand the talent pool. 6. develop actionable collaboration strategies for partners and clients.
职位要求
Job requirements: 1. More than 3 years of marketing and sales experience, especially in technology, media, advertising, or fast-moving consumer goods companies. 2. Familiar with the advertising sales workflow. 3. Have experience in brand marketing and paid/organic social advertising. 4. Result oriented, with a strong sense of customer development. 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 6. Able to coordinate and manage external and internal needs. 7. Willing to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
