Job Responsibilities Training and Coaching Develop and implement training programs for the basketball team, including technical training, physical training, and tactical training. Oversee the training process of players to ensure the quality and effectiveness of training. Provide personalized guidance and advice to help players improve their skills and enhance their performance. Game Management Schedule and organize the basketball team's game schedule to ensure the smooth running of the games. Make tactical arrangements and personnel adjustments during games to deal with different opponents and game situations. Analyze game videos, summarize game experience and formulate improvement measures. Player Development Evaluate players' skill level and potential, and formulate targeted development programs. Provide psychological counseling and motivation to help players overcome difficulties and challenges. Track players' progress and changes, and make timely adjustments to training programs and development goals. Team Management and Communication Establish and maintain a good team atmosphere to promote cooperation and communication among players. Maintain contact with players' parents and communicate in a timely manner about players' practices and games. Collaborate with other coaches and staff at the school or organization to promote the development of the basketball team.

Requirements: 1. Experience of being a professional basketball player or have the experience in some league basketball matches. 2. Experience in teaching basketball, it will be better if the teaching experience is mainly on the basketball training in junior high schools or senior high schools. 3. Patient and creative, capable of handling all teaching stuff independently, have the organization and management ability, willing to help children to improve basketball techniques. 4. Have the complete set of training system for different age range especially from U9-U22.
