DynEd Language Software Systems Development (Beijing) Co. is currently looking for Pedagogy and Training Support Manager to oversee, organize and manage training resources, materials, and staff in Greater China. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications: ★ Enthusiastic about English language teaching and training★ At least 5-years of EFL/ESL teaching experience.★ 2 years of English teacher training experience preferred.★ Familiar with multimedia language teaching methods★ Have sufficient experience of conducting student-centered, interactive teaching★ Have curriculum/lesson plan development experience★ Team management experience★ Project management skills preferredBackground, knowledge, and skills required:★ Master Degree and above in English or English language teaching★ TESOL or CELTA certificate preferred★ Overseas studying and working experience preferred.★ Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)★ Good team player★ Open-minded and willing to learn★ Ability to travel★ Fluent in Chinese is a plus We offer a competitive compensation and benefit package.
