1. Most of the kids are 3-6 years old. Some are at 7-15. Average class size is 8-12. 2. Observe and document children’s development. 3..Provide appropriate learning environments and opportunities for children based on their needs. 4. Communicate with parents based on children’s developmental stages, and provide necessary and effective support to parents. 5.Working Schedule: Wednesday 11:30-20:30, Thursday/Friday 13:00-20:30, Saturday/Sunday 8:30-18:00 (Lunch/dinner is included) 6.Holidays: Chinese holidays are off and no Christmas holidays.
