We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (BD) We’re a fast-growing company in the IoT / Smart Hardware space, expanding into global markets. We’re looking for a commercially driven BD to help scale our partnership ecosystem and turn opportunities into real, sustainable revenue. Why Join Us • Growth with the business: Step into a role with real scope and evolving responsibilities as we scale • Direct impact: Your partnerships will directly influence revenue and market expansion • Global exposure: Work on North America and other international markets • Long-term upside: Competitive package with equity/stock options What You’ll Do • Develop and manage strategic partnerships and channel relationships • Identify and execute high-value business opportunities aligned with company strategy • Own the full deal cycle: sourcing, negotiation, structuring, and execution • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver results • Explore and iterate on GTM approaches (channel, co-selling, ecosystem partnerships) • Track performance and continuously improve partnership effectiveness
职位要求
What We’re Looking For • 3–8 years in Business Development / Partnerships / Channel roles • Proven ability to drive deals and deliver commercial results • Strong business acumen and market awareness • Solid execution skills with the ability to manage complex projects • Effective cross-functional communication and stakeholder management Nice to Have • Experience in IoT / Smart Hardware / B2B tech • Exposure to North American markets • English as a working language Base: $100K- $120K | OTE: $300K–$350K
