Proven results as a Chief Operating Officer, Area Manager, or a similarly relevant role. Have more than 3 years experience in the chain catering industry. Fluent in Japanese and English, or Chinese. Be able to independently develop customer resources and adapt to occasional travel. Experience of starting Japanese business from scratch will be a plus. Have strong execution ability and team cooperation spirit, strong sense of responsibility and resilience. Have strong market insight, public relations skills, communication skills, business negotiation skills, and adaptability, with clear logical thinking. Bachelor's degree or above required work experience are preferred.
