工作职责
Key Responsibilities
Schedule Management and Arrangement
Responsible for the CEO's schedule, including planning, coordination and notification of meetings, business trips and business activities.
Ensure the rationality and efficiency of the CEO's schedule, and timely handle the adjustment of the schedule for unexpected situations.
Document processing and information transfer
Organize, categorize and file all kinds of documents and information to ensure the security and confidentiality of documents and information.
Timely delivery of important internal and external information to ensure that the CEO is up-to-date with the latest developments.
Meeting Organization and Records
Prepare and organize all kinds of meetings attended by the CEO, including the preparation of meeting materials, venue layout, and invitation of participants.
Record meeting contents, organize minutes and follow up the implementation of meeting resolutions.
Project Coordination and Support
Assist the CEO in promoting the planning, implementation and supervision of important projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time and in quality.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective utilization of project resources.
Strategic Planning and Decision Making Support
Participate in the development of the company's strategic planning, provide data analysis and market research support.
Assist the CEO in decision-making analysis, provide feasibility suggestions and risk assessment reports.
职位要求
1. Obtain at least a bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized university;
2. Be meticulous and pay attention to details;
3. Strong business acumen, adaptability, communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English;
4. Work rigorously, with strong planning ability, analytical thinking ability, sense of responsibility, and team spirit;
5. Frequent business trips in China and various parts of Asia;
6. Welcome native English speakers from North America;
7. Have confidence in working with male executives.
8. Age above 25 years old.
