Distributed in 16 countries dispatched between Asia and Europe, JOG Swimwear cooperates with prestigious luxury hotels, multi-brand lingerie/swimwear shops and high end Department Stores.JOG has three international offices: Paris, Shanghai and Singapore.We are looking for an Intern for 6 month in distribution / marketing in our Shanghai Office.Our team is young, dynamic and based in Paris, Shanghai and Singapore. Website:www.jogswimwear.com You will assist the General Manager on the following activities: Distribution: - Contact with 5 stars hotels, prestigious department store in China, Hong Kong and Macao areas: follow up of our database, phoning, mailing of our company information to develop the brand in North Asia.- Follow up of existing JOG distributors: poster creation, display materials, collection selection.- Follow and organise discounted sale period with our point of sale.- Help on the organisation of private sales events in our showroom.- Help to organise online sale with the website Glamour Sale. Marketing/Communication: - Sales Analysis.- Marketing and PR events during Summer 201 4.- Write and send Press release to fashion magazines.- Find lifestyle events that JOG Swimwear could sponsor or be associated to. Others various projects will be added during the period. Profile:- Chinese, fluent in English written and spoken or Foreigner with a valid visa for the internship period able to handle conversational Chinese and fluent in English, French is a plus in either case- You are studying or graduated of a Master Degree in International Business or in Marketing /Distribution- You are looking for a long-term internship- You are not afraid of spending time on the phone.- You are a go-getter, organized, open- minded, like challenges.
