工作职责
• Design, implement, and maintain the company’s compliance management systems in line with U.S. federal and state laws (FTC, SEC, AML, data privacy, etc.), especially as they pertain to direct selling (MLM) business models. • Develop, update, and communicate compliance policies, procedures, and codes of ethics, with particular attention to sales practices, marketing claims, and multi-level network expansion. • Train, advise, and support internal teams, field sales leaders, and independent agents on compliance, ethics, and regulatory requirements; deliver regular workshops/webinars. • Monitor, audit, and investigate business activities, distributor conduct, and member complaints. Lead investigations into alleged misconduct or violations and recommend corrective actions. • Serve as a liaison with regulatory bodies (FTC, state attorney generals, DSA, etc.), respond to inquiries, and manage reporting obligations. • Conduct periodic risk assessments on business practices, marketing campaigns, and product/service launches. • Collaborate with product, IT, and operations teams to ensure digital compliance and data integrity in a technology-driven environment. • Maintain a robust whistleblower platform and ensure reported issues are evaluated and managed rigorously. • Track industry developments, participate in compliance forums, and provide insights to the leadership team.
职位要求
• Bachelor’s degree (JD, LL.M., or compliance certification—CCEP, CCEP-I, CFE—preferred). • 3+ years of experience in compliance, ethics, or regulatory affairs, ideally within a U.S.-based direct selling (MLM), insurance, fintech, or highly regulated consumer-facing industry. • Deep knowledge of the U.S. direct selling regulatory environment (FTC/DSEF, anti-pyramid scheme, truth-in-advertising, compensation disclosure, privacy, AML/KYC). • Demonstrated experience designing and scaling compliance programs across distributed, multi-level sales networks. • Hands-on experience with regulatory investigations, compliance training, and distributor policy enforcement. • Familiarity with digital platforms, data privacy standards, and tech-driven compliance (preferred). • Outstanding communication, training, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and unbiased decision-making in a dynamic business setting.
