1. Develop, localize, and iterate definition of content quality issues for the purpose of enhancing user feed experience through case study and user behavior study; 2. Periodically carry out content quality evaluation and able to diagnose content issue timely and objectively; 3. Assist the optimization of eco-system and provide local insight to the systematical solution; 4. Summarize and react to content ecosystem feedback from XFN teams and explore areas of improvement.

1. Bachelor's degree or above. Native level in one of the languages (Korean, Japanese), with working proficiency in English; 2. Content operation experience and collaboration experience on compliance projects with Legal, PR, GR are preferred; 3. Has a good sense of content and user empathy, able to formalize big picture of content quality based on quantitative and qualitative user feedback; 4. Able to learn fast and be self-driven.
