工作职责
1.Develop new distributors, dealers, and end customers (such as hospitals, independent laboratories, clinics, and public health centers) within the assigned region. 2.Proactively identify sales leads, build customer databases, and drive the sales process through regular visits, technical presentations, and business negotiations to achieve personal sales targets. 3.Provide product knowledge, competitive strategy, and sales skills training to distributor partners and their teams, empowering channels for mutual growth. 4.Respond promptly to customer needs, collect market feedback, and collaborate with the company’s internal technical support and customer service teams to quickly resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
职位要求
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Medicine, Laboratory Science, Biology, Marketing, or a related field. 2.At least 3 years of sales experience in the local IVD, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry. Candidates with established distributor networks and hospital resources are preferred. 3.Must be familiar with the basic principles and application scenarios of IVD products (such as clinical chemistry, POCT, or chemiluminescence). Understanding of the local healthcare system, reimbursement policies, and public procurement processes is required. 4.Fluent in English and the local commonly used language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
