We are seeking an experienced cross-border e-commerce operations specialist with a passion for the beauty industry. You will be fully responsible for the daily operations, sales growth, and brand building of our e-commerce platforms (such as Mercado Livre, Amazon Brasil, B2W, etc.) in the Brazilian market. You must possess deep insights into Brazilian consumers' beauty preferences and be able to develop effective localization strategies to drive business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Platform Operations & Management: Oversee daily store management on Brazil's leading e-commerce platforms, including product listing, detail page optimization, inventory monitoring, pricing strategy development, and order fulfillment process tracking. 2. Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute online marketing campaigns tailored for the Brazilian market (e.g., holiday promotions, social media collaborations, KOL partnerships) to boost store traffic, conversion rates, and sales revenue. 3. Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of Brazilian beauty market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to provide data-driven insights for product selection, pricing, and marketing strategies. 4. Customer Experience & Reputation Management: Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction, manage product reviews and feedback, and maintain the brand's positive reputation in the local market. 5. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate closely with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize warehousing, distribution, and returns processes within Brazil, ensuring efficient fulfillment experiences. 6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly analyze key metrics such as sales data and advertising performance, prepare operational reports, and propose optimization recommendations based on data insights.
职位要求
1. Minimum 2 years of cross-border e-commerce operations experience, with proven success in beauty, personal care, or related categories; 2. Hands-on experience in the Brazilian market or major Latin American markets, with deep familiarity of local e-commerce platforms' (Mercado Livre is paramount) operational rules and promotional tools; 3. Strong passion and keen insight into the beauty industry; 4. Experience in establishing new e-commerce channels from scratch in emerging markets; 5. Work location: Shenzhen, China or South America (Brazil). Remote work support available; candidates must be based in Brazil or a neighboring South American country.
