工作职责
1. Construction and maintenance of training system Establish a training management system based on company strategy, including modules such as course system, lecturer management, and archive management. 2. Requirement analysis and plan formulation Conduct employee training needs research, collect departmental needs through questionnaires, interviews, and other methods, and develop annual/quarterly plans based on business objectives. 3. Training implementation and management Organize new employee onboarding training: covering corporate culture, institutional processes, job skills, etc., maintain courseware and track assessment results. 4. Effect evaluation and feedback improvement Design evaluation tools (tests, questionnaires, etc.), analyze training results and write reports, and propose optimization suggestions. 5. Archives and Data Management Establish employee training records, record participation and assessment results, and generate statistical analysis reports.
职位要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3-5 years of work experience in training; 2. Excellent logical thinking ability, communication and driving skills, and stress resistance.
