Primary Responsibilities End-to-End Project Execution Plan, design, implement, and commission AI computing centers in Southeast Asia in compliance with industry standards Technical Leadership in Planning & Design Provide technical support for preliminary project planning, driving collaboration with design institutes, inspection units, and supervision teams to ensure final delivery Commercial & Procurement Support Offer technical expertise for business process negotiations, procurement argumentation, and contract finalization . Technical Solution Development Spearhead the development of AI computing center technical solutions and organize solution reviews Localized Team Building & Delivery Strategy Formulate implementation/delivery plans and recruit localized delivery teams Stakeholder & Risk Management Coordinate with clients and suppliers to monitor progress, mitigate delivery risks, and ensure quality .

Education & Background Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Electromechanics, or related fields (Full-time program required) . Technical Expertise Knowledge: Enterprise cloud architectures, cluster solutions, and data center operations . Critical systems: Power supply/distribution, cooling, low-voltage systems, fire protection, and civil works . Experience: ≥5 years in computing center construction, including ≥3 years as Project Manager/Engineering Manager (PM/PD) . Preferred: NVIDIA AI computing center delivery experience ; WM-level project experience in Southeast Asia . Soft Skills Negotiation & Communication: Proven contract negotiation skills; ability to establish open communication channels with stakeholders . Professional Attributes: Meticulous, integrity-driven, and accountable; strong cross-functional collaboration, planning, and management capabilities . Mobility: Willingness for long-term travel within Southeast Asia . Certifications (Preferred) Project Management Professional (PMP), System Integration Project Manager, or Class 1 Constructor Certification . Language Proficiency Fluent English (working language); CET-6 certification or equivalent required
