Job Responsibilities 1.Be fully responsible for the development, management and operation of overseas Living Building projects. 2.Communicate with local governments and relevant authorities, expand project resources and promote project implementation. 3.Formulate the overall project operation plan, supervise the whole operation process, and ensure the achievement of project objectives in terms of schedule, quality, cost and profit.

Job Requirements 1.Bachelor’s degree or above; major is not limited. 2.Rich experience in managing overseas real estate development projects in multiple countries; experience in large international real estate enterprises is preferred. Familiar with the full process of overseas real estate development and have complete development and management experience. 3.Excellent negotiation skills, strong communication and adaptability; keen insight into the real estate market and strong overall planning and organization capabilities. 4.Proficient in English and/or other foreign languages as working languages. 5.High vision, long-term perspective, strong sense of mission and ambition.
