工作职责
Main responsibilities
Develop design strategies and directions
Analyze fashion trends, market demands, and consumer preferences, combine brand positioning, and develop annual and quarterly design strategies and directions.
Communicate with the senior management team to ensure that the design strategy aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
Leading the design team
Build, manage, and motivate design teams to enhance their overall design and innovation capabilities.
Regularly evaluate the work performance of team members, provide feedback and career development suggestions.
Creative Design and Implementation
Lead the design and development of product series, including fabric selection, style design, color matching, etc.
Supervise the drafting, revision, and improvement of design drafts to ensure that they meet brand style and market demands.
Work closely with production, procurement and other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of design solutions.
Market analysis and competitor research
Pay attention to the dynamics of the domestic and international fashion men's clothing market, collect and analyze competitor information, and provide data support for design strategies.
Track market feedback after product launch, adjust design strategies in a timely manner to meet market demand.
Brand image shaping and promotion
Participate in shaping and maintaining brand image, showcasing brand characteristics and values through design elements.
Participate in brand activities, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and influence.
Cross departmental communication and collaboration
Maintain close communication with marketing, sales, operations and other departments to ensure that design strategies are coordinated with the overall business objectives of the company.
Coordinate and resolve any issues that arise during the design process to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
职位要求
- More than 5 years of experience in designing, developing and managing high-end fashion clothing stores in China;
- Familiar with the type of market demand and technology of fashion menswear;
- Familiar with fashion menswear fabric requirements and supply chain channels;
- Strong independent development skills;
- Priority will be given to Korean talents with some Chinese background.
