工作职责
Global Market Development Lead international sales of large-scale amusement equipment (mechanical/unpowered), theme parks, water parks, and other related projects. End-to-End Project Delivery Oversee the entire lifecycle of multi-million-yuan projects, from business negotiations and solution design (requiring collaboration with theme packaging and planning & design institutions) to contract signing, delivery, and acceptance. Business Strategy Formulation Analyze global trends in the cultural and tourism industry, develop product pricing, channel distribution, and localized marketing strategies to ensure project profit margins. Cross-Departmental Collaboration Coordinate with R&D and design teams to provide customers with customized equipment and comprehensive solutions (including theme packaging and park planning).
职位要求
Possess experience in international sales of large-scale equipment; have successfully managed theme park, water park, or cultural tourism complex projects; with overseas resident work experience. English proficiency as a working language (proficiency in other foreign languages is preferred). Deep expertise in the amusement equipment, theme entertainment, and cultural tourism machinery sectors, with familiarity with unpowered facilities, theme packaging, planning & design, and equipment integration logic. Strong understanding of business fundamentals: Proficient in international project bidding strategies, cost-profit structures, and long-term service operation models. Ability to mobilize resources from planning & design institutions, IP holders, and engineering parties to develop comprehensive solutions; equipped with skills in international business negotiations, cross-border compliance, and risk management.
