1. Responsible for the design team's team building and subsequent technical management and guidance (6-inch and 8-inch machines); 2. Participate in the design and guide the analog IC design team to achieve project goals; 3. Decompose and define the functions and performance indicators of each module according to product requirements; 4. Formulate and implement development plans, optimize designs, and ensure that the design team delivers high-quality products on time; 5. Track the technical trends of competing products and provide technical support and guarantee for project development; 6. Promote technological development and innovation, improve product quality and competitiveness; 7. Understand the national market and be able to make key suggestions.

1. Bachelor degree or above in microelectronics, more than 10 years of development experience, more than 3 years of experience as technical leader or technical director is preferred; 2. Experience in managing a team of at least 10 people, experience in building a team is preferred; 3. Experience in mass production of more than 6 products is preferred; 4. In-depth understanding of semiconductor devices and process flow, product design and mass production experience in process is preferred; 5. Familiar with the entire production process, and a deep foundation in analyzing/solving analog circuit problems; 6. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and technical document writing skills; the ability to cultivate team talents and build platforms.
