1. Lead cross-functional communication between FX and customers 2. Work with Engineering Management and customers to define plan, track, communicate and escalate as appropriate. 3. Enable the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between FX and customers 4. Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management. 5. Facilitate good communication and offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management. 6. Drive day-to-day Engineering build activities to meet overall program objectives

1. Program Management Experience 2. Familiar with technical risk assessment review 3. Good in writing technical review summary note / report 4. Hosting regular meeting / review with X functional team 5. Good in English (verbal / written) 6. At least 1 - 3 years experience
