Job Responsibilities: 1. Manuscript Solicitation: Proactively reach out to global professionals in education, medicine, architecture, engineering, and related fields via phone/email to invite high-quality submissions and communicate academic collaboration opportunities. 2. Content Development: Monitor global research trends, plan thematic topics, and coordinate the publication of cutting-edge scientific achievements. 3. External Liaison: Represent the press in academic networks, enhance journal visibility, and foster partnerships with institutions, universities, and research organizations. 4.Initial Screening: Conduct preliminary evaluations of submitted manuscripts for alignment with journal scope and quality standards.

Position Requirements: 1. Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred majors: Medicine, Biology, Geology, Engineering, or related fields). - Prior experience in academic publishing, hospitals, or educational institutions is a strong advantage. - Existing network in academia/research communities is a plus. 2. Language Skills: - Native or near-native proficiency in English (written and spoken). - Fluency in Chinese is mandatory for internal coordination and author communication. 3. Core Competencies: - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills . - Strong organizational ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines. - Critical thinking for evaluating manuscript relevance and scientific rigor.
