1. Ensure the safe operation of production equipment in the area under its jurisdiction; 2. Organize cause analysis and technical transformation of equipment or components with high failure frequency to reduce the downtime rate of equipment; 3. Formulate and improve the maintenance plan of the equipment, implement and ensure the normal maintenance work, and regularly check the implementation; 4. Do a good job in the management of fixed assets and spare parts of equipment; 5. Organize the installation, commissioning and verification of new equipment; 6. Participate, organize and be responsible for the transformation of new equipment or existing equipment and facilities of new projects; 7. Team building, motivate and train employees, and improve their work skills and performance.

1. Technical secondary school degree or above; Experience in the stone industry is preferred, mining, stone processing and related work experience is preferred, and overseas work experience is preferred; 2. More than 3 years of work experience in equipment management, familiar with the process characteristics of various types of equipment, familiar with the technical parameters and performance indicators of equipment, and familiar with the management methodology of equipment installation and commissioning process; 3. Have good overall management ability, positive personality, willing to withstand pressure, and have the courage to overcome difficulties.
