Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for product planning and management in the RESS or C&I product fields; undertake the 531 product line planning, develop product and technology roadmaps, and build product competitiveness. 2. Responsible for technical and project management of platform projects in the RESS or C&I product fields to ensure the delivery and implementation of platform products. 3. Act as the customer project development representative for RESS or C&I products; be responsible for design reviews, prototype testing and verification reviews, and delivery at all stages of product development. 4. Undertake pre-sales solution design and after-sales technical support work, and be accountable for the competitiveness of product solutions and product quality. 1、负责RESS或C&I产品领域的产品规划管理，承接产品线531规划，制定产品和技术路标，构建产品竞争力； 2、负责RESS或C&I产品领域的平台项目的技术及项目管理，保障平台产品交付落地； 3、承担RESS或C&I产品客户项目开发代表角色， 负责产品开发各个阶段的设计评审和样件测试验证评审及交付； 4、承担售前解决方案和售后技术支持工作，对产品方案竞争力和产品质量负责。

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering disciplines such as Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering. 2.Over 3 years of local work experience overseas, plus more than 4 years of energy storage product development experience, with strong system design capabilities. 3. Rich experience in product management and project management, capable of leading and mentoring new employees. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. English and Chinese proficiency sufficient for working as the official business language. 1、本科及以上学历,电子、电气、自动化、机械等工科背景； 2、3年以上海外当地工作经验，4年以上储能产品开发工作经验，丰富的系统设计能力； 3、丰富的产品管理和项目管理经验，能够在工作上带领和指导新人； 4、有较好的表达和沟通能力； 5、中文和英语可以作为工作语言。
