Job Title: High-tea Master (Senior Customer Service) Work place: Guangzhou Tianhe Book Center (very close to the crossing of Tianhe Road, and West Tiyu Road) Job Responsibilities: 1/ to provide fast service, high quality rea drinks and products to our customers 2/ to create excellent service experience for our customers, and to keep the environment of the store clean and comfortable 3/ to help UNEETEA promote corporate culture, values and mission 4/ to maintain good operations for the shop and set a positive example for partners 5/ to predict the demand of our customers and tea shop 6/ communicating with the shop manager, to create a positive team atmosphere 7/ to keep neat and orderly work environment so that workmates can find resources and products easily when need them 8/ following all the product formula and merchandising standards, safety and hygiene guidelines strictly, to provide consistent quality drinks and foods for all customers, Best regards HR

Job Requirements: 1/ come from west countries, can work full time in Guangzhou 2/ love customer service job, have a strong sense of service 3/ can work with sweet smile to the customers 4/ above 165 cm height for lady, above 175 cm for gentleman 5/ if you have customer service work experience, will be a big advantage, but not a must 6/ if you have tea shop or coffee shop experience, will be a big plus
