工作职责
• Market Development: Responsible for specific overseas regions, identifying, targeting, and developing new customer opportunities. • Customer Management: Establish and maintain solid, long-term cooperative relationships with international customers, covering the entire process from initial contact to after-sales support. • Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, including product introduction, quotation provision, negotiation, and deal closure. • Export Coordination: Maintain communication with internal teams in Indonesia, Vietnam, Spain, and other countries as well as in China to ensure the smooth progress of order processing, transportation, and documentation work. • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor movements, and customer needs in the assigned market in a timely manner.
职位要求
• Background: Recent graduates (bachelor's or master's degree), no nationality restriction. Candidates with a degree in International Business, Trade, Marketing, or related fields are preferred. • Passion for Global Business: A genuine enthusiasm for career development in the field of international sales and trade. We are seeking ambitious talents who aspire to build a career rather than just take a job. • Language Proficiency: Must have proficient English skills. Candidates whose native language is another language or who possess business-level proficiency in other languages (depending on target markets, such as Spanish, Indonesian, Italian, etc.) will have a significant advantage. • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to interact with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. • Self-Motivation: Possess a proactive and results-oriented mindset, and be capable of working independently.
