I. Job Requirements 【Education and Major】 Bachelor's degree or above from a unified recruitment program, with a background in accounting, economics, or related fields; holding an Intermediate Accountant Certificate or above, or professional financial qualifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). 【Key Competencies and Experience】 Minimum 3 years of financial work experience, with a background in the Big Four accounting firms plus client-side finance experience; experience in cash management is mandatory; experience in the finance/investment industry is preferred. Solid financial knowledge: Proficient in accounting principles, tax laws and regulations, banking operations, financial policies, and relevant laws and regulations. Skilled in various financial office software, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. English reading and speaking abilities to handle daily work communications. Integrity, rigorousness, attention to detail, and strong sense of confidentiality. Self-motivated with strong learning capabilities.
