1. Support expansion in East and West Africa, managing comprehensive financial work for Nigeria and multiple countries in these regions. 2. Oversee related channel operations, implementing financial management processes for Nigeria and East/West Africa channels as per headquarters' requirements. Identify and address execution risks, promote system optimizations, manage key business metrics, critical projects, and major clients, providing financial analysis to assist management decisions. 3. Prepare, review, and analyze internal management reports, issuing monthly business analyses and forecasts. 4. Lead overall budget management, including annual budget preparation, quarterly rolling forecasts, monthly budget execution monitoring, and risk alerts during execution. 5. Establish and refine mobile business process systems and implementation plans, conduct diagnostic analyses of business and management processes, assess process design and execution effectiveness, and propose optimization solutions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or ACCA preferred. 2. Strong English proficiency and excellent communication and negotiation skills. 3. Over 5 years of relevant work experience, with prior roles as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Financial Manager. 4. Proficient in SAP, accounting software, and database management. 5. Willing to be stationed in Nigeria long-term and travel short-term within East and West Africa.
