1. Lead the overall architecture design of the company's avionics system, coordinate the integration and optimization of subsystems such as communication, navigation, tasks, and cabin. 2. Responsible for planning the research direction of cutting-edge technologies in avionics systems and promoting key core technology breakthroughs; 3. Guide the demonstration, design and review of avionics system scheme for major model projects of the company, and improve the progressiveness and reliability of the system; 4. Lead the formulation and implementation of international cooperation projects to enhance the company's level of international cooperation; 5. Cultivate technical backbone and establish a high-level avionics system research and development team; 6. Promote the company's technological transformation and upgrading in areas such as airworthiness system construction, intelligent avionics, new generation architecture, and standards; 7. Provide technical support and decision-making recommendations for the company's participation in major national science and technology projects.

1. A doctoral degree is preferred, with a background in electronic information, computer science, communication, or related fields; 2. Have over 10 years of experience in the development and management of avionics systems, and have led the entire cycle of avionics system development work; 3. Proficient in avionics system architecture design, system integration, and system engineering methods; 4. Familiar with ARINC and other avionics system standards, and familiar with DO series airworthiness system standards; 5. Candidates with backgrounds in civil aviation and avionics related enterprises, as well as work experience in advanced aerospace companies and research institutions in Europe and America, are preferred; 5. English or French as the main language, proficiency in Chinese is preferred; 6. Possess strategic vision and team leadership, identify with the development of China's avionics industry, and be willing to develop in China for the long term. Annual salary within 5 million RMB.
