Job Responsibilities This role is mainly responsible for the R&D of children’s bilingual courses, curriculum polishing, teacher training, document translation and live bilingual teaching. Guided by international educational concepts, you will optimize the curriculum system, guarantee teaching quality and empower teachers to realize standardized and professional operation of the company’s preschool bilingual teaching system. Specific responsibilities are as follows: 1. R&D & Teaching Research of Preschool Bilingual Curriculum System Take charge of overall planning, iteration, development and implementation of the preschool bilingual curriculum system. In combination with children’s age characteristics, cognitive rules and cutting-edge educational concepts in the industry, build a systematic bilingual teaching system suitable for young kids. Independently compile, design and update supporting textbooks and courseware, and carry out regular teaching research continuously. Refine course details, optimize teaching logic and solve various problems emerging in teaching to ensure the professionalism, fun, systematicness and practicability of all courses. 2. Design & Polishing of Demo Trial Lessons with Diverse Themes Develop various themed demo trial lessons to meet the demands of course promotion and teaching demonstration. Integrate diverse teaching segments including interactive games, English nursery rhymes and situational dialogues flexibly to enrich teaching forms and enhance the fun, experience and appeal of classes. Constantly upgrade the procedures and presentation effects of demo lessons to create standardized, high-quality demonstration courses for trial classes, brand promotion and teaching demonstrations. 3. Training & Competency Development for New Foreign Teachers Deliver pre-job and on-the-job specialized training for newly recruited foreign teachers, and establish a complete new-hire training framework. Provide systematic training covering the company’s curriculum system, textbooks, teaching standards, classroom interaction skills and standardized demo lesson delivery. Offer after-training consultation, teaching review, practical evaluation and follow-up coaching to help new teachers master teaching methodologies quickly, unify the overall teaching standard of all foreign instructors and stabilize team teaching quality. 4. Professional Translation of Bilingual Textbooks & Corporate Documents Conduct translation, proofreading and revision of all teaching bilingual materials, including preschool textbooks, lesson plans and teaching guides. Accurately translate internal administrative regulations, teaching policies and official documents between Chinese and English. Strictly control the accuracy, professionalism and consistency of translated texts, unify bilingual expression standards to meet the needs of daily teaching and internal office management. 5. Participation in Corporate Bilingual Live Streaming Classes Take part in the preparation, rehearsal and live delivery of the company’s official bilingual live courses tailored for children. Adopt vivid and professional teaching styles to conduct live teaching and real-time interaction with young learners, maintain active classroom atmosphere and high teaching quality, support brand publicity, customer acquisition and improvement of public praise for our courses.

1. Native English speakers (UK, US, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand ), or European who has No thick accent. 2. Teachers with TEFL/TESOL certificates are preferred。 3. High sense of responsibility and to be professional, and able to interact with a variety of students.
