- Lead the development and execution of strategic plan and responsible for driving brand & business success in the Russian market. - Establish trusted partnerships with local operations teams. Cooperate with teams to organize import cargo delivery. - Manage to cooperate with local container storage sites/companies for container storage. - Develop strong relationships with local partners and agents. Understand local custom regulations and local laws impacting our business. - Manage and operate container domestic transportation in Russia.

- Excellent communication in both Mandarin and Russian (written and verbal). - Living and working experience in Russia and having a good understanding of Russian culture and market. - Minimum of 5 years rail logistics, container transportation, planning, and import/export experience. Ability to work independently. - Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. - Be in command of critical issues.
