工作职责
Responsible for sales and market expansion of the company’s automotive repair mechanical tools in regions such as Europe, South America, and Latin America. Proactively identify and develop new clients in target markets, establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships, and achieve sales targets. Conduct in-depth analysis of regional market demands and competitive dynamics, and develop targeted sales strategies. Assist in planning and promoting marketing activities to enhance brand visibility in local markets. Regularly submit sales reports and market feedback, and collaborate with the team to optimize products and sales strategies.
职位要求
Language Skills: Fluent in English with strong business communication and negotiation abilities. For Europe: Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: German, French, or Spanish. For Latin America/South America: Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese. Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of international sales experience; experience in mechanical, automotive repair tools, or industrial products is preferred. Proven track record of successfully developing overseas clients, with familiarity of the target regional markets. Personal Attributes: Professional appearance with excellent cross-cultural communication and customer relationship management skills. Results-driven, resilient under pressure, and adaptable to flexible work rhythms. Willingness to undertake short-term international business trips. Education Background: College diploma or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
