Job Responsibilities: 工作职责： Prepare, review, and submit customs clearance documents, including invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, customs declarations, etc. 准备、审核并提交清关文件，包括发票、提单、原产地证书、报关单等。 Calculate and verify customs duties and taxes to ensure compliance with current customs regulations and commodity requirements. 计算并核对关税和税费，确保符合当前的海关法规和商品要求。 Maintain communication with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to promptly resolve any issues arising during the customs clearance process. 与美国海关和边境保护局（CBP）保持沟通，及时解决清关过程中出现的任何问题。 Conduct compliance reviews for goods requiring special permits (such as food, pharmaceuticals, and dangerous goods) to ensure they meet relevant regulations. 对需要特殊许可的货物（如食品、药品和危险品）进行合规审查，确保其符合相关规定。 Provide professional customs clearance consulting services. 提供专业的清关咨询服务。 Track cargo movements, update clients on the customs clearance progress in a timely manner, and identify opportunities to help clients save on duties or utilize preferential trade agreements. 跟踪货物动态，及时向客户更新清关进度，并寻找机会帮助客户节省关税或利用优惠贸易协议。

Job Requirements: 职位要求： Must hold a valid U.S. Customs Broker License and be familiar with the customs clearance procedures in the Los Angeles area. 必须持有有效的美国清关执照，并熟悉洛杉矶地区的清关流程。 Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in customs clearance, be well-versed in both air and sea freight, and be familiar with U.S. customs regulations, commodity classification (HTS), and valuation rules. 至少拥有2年以上的清关相关工作经验，熟悉空运和海运业务，并了解美国海关法规、商品分类（HTS）和估价规则。 Be proficient in using customs clearance software and other office applications. Experience with ACE/ABI system operation is preferred. 能够熟练使用清关软件及其他办公软件，有ACE/ABI系统操作经验者优先。 Possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work efficiently under pressure, and handle unexpected clearance issues. 具备出色的沟通和客户服务能力，能够在压力下高效工作，并处理突发的清关问题。 Pay meticulous attention to detail and be fluent in both Chinese and English. 注重细节，中英文流利。
