Job Responsibilities: -Liaise with sales staff and warehouse managers to receive and arrange booking orders. -Communicate with freight forwarders via email to handle cargo warehousing, customs declarations, bill of lading clearance, and shipment tracking. -Coordinate with trucking companies for full-container transport, customs declarations, and manifest verification. -Submit export inspection documentation, verify freight forwarder invoices, arrange invoicing, and notify relevant personnel for payment processing. -Provide overseas agents with required business documents and arrange cargo release. -Work with documentation staff to collect, organize, and print monthly sales-related tax rebate documents. -Record, manage, and archive all relevant shipping documents and vessel information as instructed by supervisors. -Prepare documentation and apply for certificates of origin. -In accordance with Vietnamese tax regulations, organize documentation and apply for investment tax refunds and export tax rebates. -Perform other duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements: -Booking: Arrange cargo booking according to customer requirements. -Inspection & Customs Declarations: Complete inspection and customs declaration processes as per business needs. -Tax Rebate Documentation: Prepare and submit tax rebate and bill of lading documents in line with finance requirements. -Import Customs Clearance: Organize documentation for import clearance of materials and equipment, complete online customs declarations, arrange cargo pickup, coordinate customs inspections, and handle fee payments. -Export Customs Clearance: Prepare export customs documentation for company products and arrange payment of associated fees. -Certificate of Origin: Complete the certificate of origin process before shipment in accordance with Vietnamese requirements. -Tax Rebate Settlement: Handle investment and import/export tax rebate processes as required by Vietnamese tax regulations.

-Education: Associate degree or above. -Major: Open; logistics/shipping-related majors preferred. -Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customs affairs. -Language: No nationality requirement; must be proficient in Vietnamese and fluent in Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above). -Skills: Extensive experience in handling tax rebates and certificates of origin (must have working experience in Northern Vietnam), with proven efficiency in completing such processes. -Personality: Outgoing and approachable, meticulous, hardworking, and resilient.
