职责描述: 重点负责公司海外业务税务风险评估、涉税专项支持及公司转让定价工作 1、作为海外税务风险项目的关键成员，输出风险调研报告、提出与公司发展相适应的解决方案，协调公司各部门推进项目工作。 2、落实公司税务规划方案及转让定价政策。 3、对接海外税务申报事项、外部审计事项。 4、海外业务税务政策调研。 Job duties: Mainly take charge of the tax risk assessment\special tax-related support\corporate transfer evaluation work of the enterprise oversea business,including next following items: 1、As a key member of oversea tax-risk project,the main duty is submit the risk-investigation report \come up with counterpart solution to match the corporate development and coordinate with each department to promoting the project work; 2、Implementing the corporate tax regulation plan and transfer-evaluation strategy; 3、Connecting with oversea tax-application and external auditing items; 4、Investigating and surveying the oversea tax policy.

任职要求: 1、本科及以上学历，财会、税务、金融等相关专业。 2、具有3-5年以上企业海外税工作经验或海外税咨询工作经验，有制造业工作经验者优先。 3、英语可以作为工作语言。 4、扎实的财务基础知识，较强的学习能力、沟通表达能力。 Job qualifications: 1、Bachelor's degree or above with financing\tax\accountant or other relevant professions; 2、Master in enterprise oversea tax or tax-consultant working experience and the manufacturing candidates will be priority; 3、English can be working experience; 4、Excellent financial basic knowledge with strong learning and good communication ability.
