工作职责
Creative Strategy Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Understand Narwal's target markets and key demographics and support the process start to finish for crafting Narwal's brand / creative / communication strategy to build brand image and achieve creative localization
2. Collaborate with internal and external creative teams and integrate cross-functional resources to bring digital / OOH campaigns, commercials, and branding materials to life
3. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives by monitoring data points including impression / reach / brand awareness / organic engagement / creative efficiency, condense key learnings for future projects, and make real-time optimizations
职位要求
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields of study or equivalent work experience
2. Deep understanding of North America / Japan / South Korea markets, fluent in English / Japanese / Korean in business settings (native speakers or equivalent fluency preferred)
3. Heavy users of social media platforms including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit and how digital & content marketing could work on each platform
4. Passion for insights-driven marketing initiatives and DTC / consumer electronics brands. Have unique and direct insights into key markets and local consumers, and deep understanding of how to engage them through content-creation
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external teams. Highly results- and data-driven when it comes to planning and creating campaigns. Exemplary project management skills with strong abilities to prioritize. Work proactively to deliver impactful results, and work with a growth mindset
6. Preferred: 1-year+ experience working with creatives, branding, communications teams. Able to guide brand key messaging, communication strategies, creative / campaign input and development from concept to completion
7. Preferred: deep understanding of / direct experience with DTC / consumer electronics / global brands
Remarks: We expect to be a Chinese American or a Chinese who has lived in the United States for many years. He understands American culture and customs and understands American living and consumption habits. He understands brand marketing, and understands the rules of independent sites and public domain traffic platforms
