Job Responsibilities: Development and relationship maintenance of local clients and instructors in Chile/Colombia 2. Planning offline events in Chile/Colombia and participating in relevant industry exhibitions, assisting with booth setup, lead generation, and staying updated on market trends 3. Supervise the establishment, operation, and user relationship maintenance of social media accounts, as well as the creation and upkeep of social media profiles 4. Assist the Chinese team with various information translation and communication tasks 5. Proficient in data analysis, capable of designing and executing the company's established online promotion strategies based on data insights; 6. Drive the implementation of the company's key promotion initiatives, oversee cross-departmental coordination, and ensure project progress and outcomes 7. Other matters assigned by the department manager

Qualification: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with consideration for exceptional candidates. Proficiency in Spanish, Chinese, and English is required as working languages, with preference given to those fluent in all three languages or Spanish, demonstrating proficient listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills 2. Negotiation mindset and strong social skills 3.
