工作职责
1. Recruitment and Staffing: Develop recruitment plans, execute recruitment processes (screening resumes, conducting interviews, making offers), maintain recruitment channels, and analyze recruitment effectiveness. 2. Training and Development: Organize new employee orientation training, plan employee activities, and promote the optimization of the training system. 3. Performance Management: Design and implement performance evaluation schemes (such as KPI assessment), collect and analyze performance data. 4. Employee Relations: Handle labor contracts, social security, labor disputes, and answer employees' questions regarding compensation and benefits. 5. Administrative Support: Manage office environment, meetings, welfare distribution, license processing, and other administrative affairs.
职位要求
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred. 2. Experience: 2-5 years of HR experience, with management position experience preferred. 3. Skills: Proficient in office software, with data analysis, communication coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities.
