工作职责
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mexico City, Mexico. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and strategies, manage workforce planning and recruitment, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. The role requires collaboration with management to develop effective personnel strategies and provide support in maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture. The manager will monitor employee performance, facilitate training programs, and manage compensation and benefits programs.

1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus; 2.Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English; 3.Have profound professional capabilities in human resource management, employee relations and talent recruitment; 4.Those with experience in human resource operation, construction of human resource systems, policy formulation, compliance management and human resource planning, or project management experience are preferred; 5.Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits, Payroll Management, and HR Data Analysis; 6.Familiar with local labor laws and regulations, and those who have successfully handled overseas labor disputes or compliance audit cases are preferred; 7.Experience in multicultural teamwork, strong communication skills and structured thinking skills, attention to details and results, and the ability to coordinate internal and external parties to efficiently promote projects; 8.Proficiency in Conflict Resolution and Communication Skills and have strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
