About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead overseas talent acquisition and help bring our company culture to life across a growing international team. This role is ideal for someone with cross-cultural fluency, strong recruiting instincts, and a passion for building an engaged, values-driven workplace. Key Responsibilities - Lead the recruitment and onboarding of overseas and high-caliber talent, supporting the company's international talent strategy. - Develop and maintain overseas recruiting channels, building and continuously updating a global talent pipeline. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including resume screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, feedback, and offer follow-up. - Track and analyze recruitment metrics on a regular basis to refine hiring processes and improve the efficiency and quality of overseas recruitment. - Partner with cross-functional teams on special recruitment projects to ensure a steady pipeline of talent. - Distill, interpret, and communicate the company's core cultural principles (mission, vision, and values), helping employees across the organization genuinely understand and embrace them. - Plan and organize engaging, creative company culture activities that bring these values to life, deepening employees' connection to the culture and strengthening overall engagement and cohesion.

Qualifications - Overseas study experience is required, along with strong cross-cultural communication skills and fluency in both English and Chinese. - A strong sense of ownership and follow-through, with the ability to drive recruitment tasks efficiently. - Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to independently manage each stage of the recruitment process. - Adaptability to a diverse, fast-changing work environment, with resilience under pressure. - A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team to achieve shared goals.
