工作职责
Oversee daily operation of the HR & Admin Department to guarantee efficient and orderly department management.
Manage full-cycle HR activities including recruitment, training, performance appraisal and employee incentive schemes to improve overall team efficiency.
Plan and organize corporate culture activities to strengthen employees’ sense of belonging and team cohesion.
Handle and mediate labor disputes, complete formalities for onboarding, transfer and termination in compliance with standardized procedures.
Supervise administrative logistics covering workplace management, fixed asset administration and procurement to support smooth daily company operation.
岗位职责:
1. 统筹管理人事行政部的日常运作,确保部门工作高效有序;
2. 负责员工招聘、培训、考核、激励等人力资源管理工作,提升团队效能;
3. 策划和组织企业文化建设活动,增强员工归属感和凝聚力;
4. 处理协调劳动争议,包括入职、调动、离职等手续办理,确保流程规范;
5. 监督行政后勤工作,包括办公环境管理、资产管理、物资采购等,保障公司运营顺畅。
职位要求
任职资格:
1,本科及以上学历,人力资源、心理学、管理学等相关专业优先;
2,3年及以上HRBP或综合HR经验,有制造型HRBP经验优先考虑;
3,至少1年以上招聘经验,熟悉至少2-3个HR模块(招聘/绩效/薪酬/培训/员工关系);
4,优秀的沟通协调与关系建立能力,能胜任多任务、跨部门协作环境;
5,具有良好的业务理解力和洞察力,具有对人和对组织的敏感度;
6,具有良好的职业道德,工作认真细致,具有较强的团队合作意识;
7, 熟悉使用各类办公软件,有较强的文字写作能力及口头表达能力。
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or related fields preferred.
Minimum 3 years of working experience as HRBP or generalist HR; manufacturing industry HRBP background is a plus.
At least one year of recruitment experience with solid command of two to three HR functional modules among recruitment, performance, compensation & benefits, training and employee relations.
Outstanding communication, coordination and relationship-building skills, competent for multitasking and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong business acumen and insight with good sensitivity toward personnel and organizational development.
Sound professional ethics, meticulous working style and strong teamwork spirit.
Proficient in Office software; competent in written drafting and verbal communication.
